Official name: Brazil residence authorisation for investors (autorização de residência para investidor: Resolução Normativa CNIg 13/2017, business; RN 36/2018 as replaced by RN 46, real estate)

Lowest price for one person: R$500,000

R$500,000 of the applicant's own foreign funds invested in a Brazilian company (RN 118/2015, kept by RN 13/2017). Granted by the Ministry of Justice (CGIL). 252 business and 290 real-estate authorisations in 2025. Naturalisation follows general rules. Launch shown as 2009 (RN 84); earlier investor rules were not checked.
