Visa for a foreigner who has registered foreign direct investment above 650 monthly legal minimum wages with the Banco de la República, or bought real estate worth at least 350 minimum wages (since Oct 2022 both give a 3-year M visa; five years as holder can lead to a permanent R visa). Under Res. 6045/2017 the 650-wage FDI route gave a resident visa directly and the 350-wage property route a migrant visa. The company-owner visa (M Socio o Propietario: paid-in capital or registered investment in a company of at least 100 minimum wages) is a threshold on a company's money, out of scope under decision 15 (refined), and not recorded. Amounts are in minimum wages and are not converted. 'launched' left empty: the route predates the earliest text read (2017); Res. 5512/2015, 1980/2014 and earlier decrees were not read.
