Ukraine immigration permit for foreign investors (Закон «Про імміграцію» 2001, ст. 4 ч. 2 п. 3: investment of at least USD 100,000, within the immigration quota)

Notes from the research
The Law on Immigration (No. 2491-III, adopted 7 June 2001) lists, among the categories that may receive an immigration permit (permanent residence) within the yearly immigration quota, persons who made a foreign investment in Ukraine's economy in convertible currency of at least USD 100,000. The clause is in the first edition and in the current text (reworded in 2016 and 2023). Launched = entry into force 07.08.2001 per the Rada's document card (the law enters into force one month after publication; first published 07.07.2001). Quota sizes and the number of permits granted to investors were not found. Status left empty: the law is in force, but whether the route operates under martial law was not checked.
